The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior executive role at a company that is at a pivotal inflection point in our global growth journey. This role is built for an executive who excels at accelerating growth from a strong foundation—scaling revenue by deepening platform adoption, expanding strategic accounts, and building repeatable GTM motions that unlock new markets and clients over time.
As Chief Growth Officer, you will lead TMT Insights’ sales and business development organization, with primary responsibility for accelerating growth across the Americas while partnering closely with EMEA leadership to ensure global alignment. Based in the U.S., you will report directly to the COO and serve as a member of the executive leadership team.
You will define and execute TMT’s growth strategy with direct accountability for accelerating revenue, increasing platform adoption, and building scalable, repeatable go-to-market motions that drive sustained growth. Working cross-functionally within the organization you will help shape TMT’s offerings and position the company for accelerated expansion and long-term scale.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the media & entertainment landscape, particularly content production, post-production, distribution, digital supply chain modernization, cloud technology, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Drive Scalable, Recurring Revenue Growth
Own and accelerate revenue growth across annual recurring revenue (ARR) streams, while ensuring a balanced and scalable model for professional services and strategic initiatives
Establish predictable, scalable revenue models alongside professional services.
Define and execute GTM and commercial strategies that increase lifecycle of engagement with clients, and long-term platform adoption.
Partner with finance, product and delivery teams to evolve commercial models that align with client value and market segments
Scale & Diversify Client Base
Lead global sales expansion by scaling TMT’s commercial reach across existing and new markets, driving growth through differentiated offerings and client-led value propositions.
Expand TMT’s footprint beyond traditional broadcast and studios to include digital-first brands, emerging content businesses, and non-traditional media organizations.
Identify and unlock new use cases and markets where content, data, and operational platforms are critical to business performance, extending TMT’s impact across adjacent and emerging markets and verticals.
Strategic Sales, GTM & Pipeline Expansion
Define and execute a global commercial growth strategy that drives consistent pipeline generation, improved deal velocity, and sustained revenue growth
Evaluate opportunities to expand pipeline through strategic partner-led and channel-driven sales initiatives, including meaningful co-sell opportunities with hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud.
After establishing early results, build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization capable of selling platforms, services, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Set and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets, balancing recurring revenue growth, total bookings and long-term client success and enduring relationships.
Collaborate with EMEA leadership to ensure alignment on overall commercial positioning, pipeline development, and partner-driven growth strategies.
Client Engagement & Retention
Foster trusted executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders in addition to your established network of senior industry relationships
Drive expansion, renewals, and long-term value realization, ensuring strong retention and predictable recurring revenue growth.
Ensure sustained client outcomes and continuity by aligning TMT’s work with evolving business priorities, supporting ongoing progress and long-term partnership. Partner Ecosystem & Thought Leadership
Leverage existing and grow new and meaningful strategic alliances with cloud providers, technology vendors, and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption and revenue.
Represent TMT at industry events and executive forums
Contribute to industry dialogue and thought leadership by sharing informed perspectives and practical experience, representing TMT through conference participation, executive forums, and peer-level discussion.
About You
You are a growth-minded, client-centric leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and relationships.
You bring:
Proven experience leading revenue growth, sales and business development organizations within media & entertainment, media technology, or cloud-enabled professional services environments.
Deep understanding of content production, post-production, distribution, digital media supply chains, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation initiatives.
A demonstrated track record of building and scaling revenue, partnerships, and trusted executive-level client relationships.
Experience guiding clients through large-scale, complex transformations.
Comfort operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with the judgment to shape strategy while being directly responsible for execution
Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire, align and earn trust across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
